Athena Mandala Necklace

The symbol of the owl has long been associated with the Greek goddess Athena…the goddess of battle, strategy and wisdom. She was always accompanied by her owl, hence the association between her and these majestic birds.

This necklace was made in honor of her with a beautiful mandala with an owl at the center. The necklace is adorned with warm amber and earthy African Turquoise (Jasper) beads. Amber is said to open the Solar Plexus Chakra, reduce depression and encourage inner peace and comfort.

African Turquoise is believed to help you stay grounded, release negativity and anxiety while helping you balance the mind, body and spirit.

Finished off with a handmade copper hook clasp, she adjusts from 19.5-20.5 inches long.
